Om kurset

Barista & Brewing is a course that is suitable for you who have never worked with coffee before and who want a basic training on how to be a barista and brewing coffwee. You will be introduced to the history of coffee and learn a little about where coffee comes from. After a short introduction to the equipment, we learn how to make espresso and steam milk. All participants get to try, and we learn how to make coffee with different amount of foam. Finally, we go through how to clean the coffee machines. And we also have a short introduction on how to brew coffee with different types og brewing methods, like v60 and french press. 

When you finish Barista & brewing, you have basic barista skills that you can use at work or on the coffee machine at home. If you are taking the mastercourse this course will count as Barista I, Barista II & Brewing.
